BY INTERNET: We invite you to order on line via our on-line store. If you would rather order by post, you can print and fill out the order form included on this web site, or you can print and snail-mail your on-line store order rather than sending it over the web.

BY FAX/E-MAIL: If you are paying by gift certificate you may order via e-mail.

OUR GUARANTEE: We guarantee our bulbs to be healthy, true to name, and artificially propagated (rather than wild-collected).  If the bulbs arrive in poor condition, please call us immediately, and we will send you replacements or a refund.  We will also replace bulbs that prove untrue to name.  If any other problem should arise, please let us know, and we will do our best to correct it.  We cannot guarantee bulbs that are improperly handled after arrival.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: If possible, we will notify you if we are out of an ordered item, and suggest alternative sources.  We confirm orders by e-mail only.

PAYMENT: We accept personal checks and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  International orders must pay by credit card or international money order. We process charges upon receipt of your order (for checks) or immediately before shipping (for credit cards), unless requested otherwise (see below for substitution/refund policy).

GIFT CERTIFICATES: We encourage you to order gift certificates.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Please email us or write "do not substitute" on the order form if you do not want substitutes for out-of-stock items.  Otherwise, we reserve the right to substitute an equivalent item (you can email us a list of preferred substitutes or – if you are ordering by mail – you can list them on the back of the order form).

WHEN TO ORDER: We will accept orders for 2008 until October 15, 2008. ORDERS RECEIVED BY JULY 1 GET A 5 PERCENT DISCOUNT.

SHIPMENT: We ship within the U.S primarily by First Class and Priority Mail, but will send packages by FedEx Home Delivery or UPS if so requested (extra charges, equal to the difference between Priority Mail rates and freight rates, may apply to UPS or FedEx shipments).  We ship internationally via Priority Mail and Global Express Mail.

SHIPMENT DATES: We will begin shipping orders from the current list in early August, 2008.  Please tell us if you need your bulbs at a particular date.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS: 5 percent for orders of $50 to $99.99, 10 percent for orders of $100 to $249.99, and 15 percent for orders of $250 or over. ALL ORDERS RECEIVED BY JULY 1, 2008, GET AN EXTRA 5 PERCENT DISCOUNT.

SHIPPING CHARGES: None for domestic shipments totalling $30 or over ($5 otherwise).  For international shipments, we add $15 for phytosanitary inspection and shipping.

MINIMUM ORDERS: None for domestic orders; $100 (excluding shipping and phyto charges) for international orders.
